Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pee Dee Bicycle Company. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with. you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit based on the following guidelines:
Bicycles
Bicycles that are not special ordered may be exchanged or returned within 7-days of purchase. Returned bicycles must be assessed by Pee Dee Bicycle management to be in "like new" condition. Please review the exceptions below:
All returned bicycles will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Accessories and Parts
Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories, manuals, and original packing materials.
30-day return period for refunds:
We accept returns for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Please review the exceptions below.
90-day return period for exchanges or store credit:
We accept returns for an exchange or store credit for up to 90 days from the date of the original purchase. Please review the exceptions below.
Exceptions
Bontrager Accessories
All Bontrager accessories can be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date for exchange or store credit.
We are Unable to Offer Returns on the Following Items:
General merchandise, bikes, frames, etc that have been special ordered. Special order sales are final.
Shoes or clothing that have been worn.
Baby seats that have been installed.
Items without original packaging.
No returns after 90 days.
Pee Dee Bicycle Company reserves the right to deny any return.
